Our sea view (corner) apartment has been carefully decorated to create a feeling of peace and coziness. With windows letting in light and views, the space feels bright and inviting.

The lounge corner is a perfect place to relax, with comfortable furniture and an open interior. Situated on the sea, the sheltered balcony provides an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine during a beautiful sunset.

The lounge area has a sofa, armchair and coffee table. There is a Smart TV with Internet TV available.

Would you rather have your own TV Apps? No problem, via the fast WiFi 6G with fiber optic connection it is possible to cast your own TV apps directly on the TV.

Kitchen

Our apartment has a fully equipped basic kitchen where you can quickly prepare delicious meals on an induction hob, microwave, mobile extractor hood and freestanding oven.

The double-door fridge-freezer combination has enough space to keep your food and drinks nice and cool on hot days. In the kitchen you will also find the low-noise washing machine.

Bedroom

The bedroom is spacious and well furnished, with 2 comfortable single beds with double mattresses for a good night's sleep.

There are bedside tables, with bedside lamps, on both sides of the bed.

The bedroom also provides access to the cozy balcony. The bedroom also has a wardrobe and full-length mirror

Balcony

The sheltered balcony of our apartment has a partial view of the swimming pool and is equipped with a bistro set.

Around 10:30 am she is on the balcony in the sun until sunset, so you can enjoy the wonderful temperatures for a long time. If it has become too hot, you can cool off in the communal swimming pool.

A parasol is also available on the balcony.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a corner shower cabin, sink with a cupboard under the sink.

There is also a towel rack and toilet.

Océano Complex

The small-scale Océano complex is within walking distance (2 km) of the pleasant seaside resort of Caleta de Fuste in the Costa de Antigua district. With the bus stop right around the corner (50m) you can go to El Castillo CaletadeFuste, the airport and the capital Pto every fifteen minutes. from Rosario.

Due to the location of the complex, there is a fantastic view over the lava fields, coast, village edge and the ocean.
