Our charming one-bedroom apartment, located in Costa de Antigua near Caleta de Fuste, offers everything you need for a sunny holiday! 

Located in the Bouganville complex, this apartment welcomes you with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Inside, you will discover a practical layout that is perfect for both relaxing and socializing. The apartment is in an excellent location; with beautiful beaches within a 10-minute drive, local restaurants and nice shops just a few minutes walk away.

What could be better than immersing yourself in the warm sun, with a nice drink in your hand? 😊 Take a seat at the dining table on the balcony and let yourself be pampered by a beautiful view of the ocean. This is not only a place for cozy meals, but also a serene setting to create moments of relaxation while enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunset in peace.

The compact but fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. The ceramic hob has three burners. The double-door refrigerator allows you to keep your groceries fresh. The oven and microwave are freestanding, giving you more workspace when you want to prepare a delicious meal.

The spacious bedroom is your personal refuge, where you can relax wonderfully. Due to its location on the north side, it also stays nice and cool in the bedroom on warm days. There is a fan available in the bedroom and there is enough space to store suitcases.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cubicle, a sink with a towel cabinet, and a toilet. There is also a washing machine for extra convenience. You can also store personal items in the towel cabinet

About residence Bouganville

The Bouganville complex is built around the large swimming pool and has a number of terraced bungalows in addition to apartments. There are well-maintained paths and neatly landscaped gardens with occasional seating areas under the garden plants. Next to the communal swimming pool is a pool cover with a billiard table. 

In the hall at the main entrance there are vending machines with hot and cold drinks and a snack machine.  These are available to guests.

Around the swimming pool is a solarium/sun terrace with free sun beds and a covered table tennis table. For those looking for shade, there is also a corner where you can get out of the sun under the shelter of the roof.

The Bouganville complex is 250 meters from bus stop 2. And you can go every half hour to both El Castillo/Salinas Caleta de Fuste and to Pol. Ind. Zec (large supermarkets Ikea etc.) and the airport and Pto del Rosario.​​

The Neighborhood

The Costa de Antigua Caleta de Fuste neighborhood is only 7 km from the airport and 2 km from the large seaside resort of El Castillo/Caleta de Fuste. You can walk to Caleta de Fuste both during the day and in the evening via the footpath and cycle path (Paseo) along the coast (street lighting available). The advantage of Costa de Antigua is that it is close to large supermarkets such as Lidl and Mercadona (1 km).

Costa de Antigua itself also has a few small supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and an ATM. Because it is only 1.7 km to El Castillo Caleta de Fuste, you have all the facilities of the large resort within easy reach without being right in the middle of it.
